Phase one of the Living Legends development in Dubailand comprising 172 villas is now ready for handover, while 80 per cent of work on infrastructure, roads and the electrical substation is complete. Developer Tanmiyat Global also said that it has appointed Amlak Finance as the project’s strategic partner.
“We are very proud to announce the completion of phase one of our Living Legends mixed-use development, having obtained completion certificates for 172 villas,” said Mohammed Bin Odah, CEO of Tanmiyat Global.
Set for completion in 2016, the Living Legends development will also create 1,500 permanent jobs across the mixed-use community’s Legends Mall and Living Legends Golf Course, as well as in the hotel, schools, clinics and other mixed-use enterprises, according to the developer. The completed Legends Mall will include 158 stores, including Dubailand’s first Carrefour.
A direct bridge from Living Legends to Mohammad Bin Zayed Road is planned for completion at the end of 2017. Tanmiyat said temporary direct access roads from Living Legends to the Mohammad bin Zayed Road are now available.
