The second phase of Maple town houses — numbering 666 and measuring between 2,200 to 2,700 square feet — at the Dubai Hills Estate development is going on sale on Saturday. A joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, Dubai Hills Estate is located within Mohammad Bin Rashid City.
In Dubai, sales will be held at the Emaar Pavilion on Mohammad Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, from 10am, and in Muscat’s at Al Bustan Palace.
“The extensive green landscapes and natural trails make Maple 2 homes the first choice for end-use homeowners and customers who seek long-term value,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, in a statement. “With Maple 2, we are offering a perfect mix of tranquillity and proximity to the heart of the city.”
The starting price is Dh1.99 million for a three-bedroom town house.
Emaar is offering long-term investors and end-users the opportunity to register through its Preferred Access programme, also at www.emaar.com. Investors who make a down payment of 30 per cent of the total value of the property and maintain ownership until handover is completed will be offered preferential access.
Set on 2,700 acres, Dubai Hills Estate is envisaged as Dubai’s first “green city”.
