Shaikh Holdings has confirmed that handover of its Sanctuary Falls project in Jumeirah Golf Estates will commence in the fourth quarter.
Being built by Arabtec Construction, the project consists of 97 villas, although only less than ten units remain unsold.
“Arabtec has a distinguished track record of excellence and stands out as a leader in delivering signature residential projects in the GCC,” said Imran Shaikh, CEO of Shaikh Holdings. “We strongly value our relationship with Arabtec and look forward to the completion and handover of Sanctuary Falls.”
Sanctuary Falls is the only project in Dubai that allows buyers to fully customise their floor plan with Shaikh Holdings’ bespoke team. The
project also includes many innovative features such as basements, lifts and stateof- the-art home automation. The quality offering at Sanctuary Falls has attracted high-profile buyers, including Bollywood celebrities.
Featuring prime golf course views, the villas have been conceived and created by renowned architects and interior and landscape designers. Golf enthusiasts can benefit from direct access to two 18-hole championship courses — Earth and Fire — as well as the Golf Academy and European Tour Performance Institute.
