Master developer Dubai South said residential units at its residential project, The Pulse, will start at Dh280,000. The Pulse and the previously launched The Villages comprise the residential district of Dubai South. The developer said it will start selling the units at The Pulse later this month.
Situated in the Dubai South Residential District, The Pulse is centred around a 70m-wide, six-lane Boulevard. The community, which is designed with the aim of providing solutions for everyday living, also features retail, hospitality, leisure and other amenities.
“It has always been our endeavour to support and fulfil the vision of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as laid out in the Dubai Plan 2021 and to ensure that ultimately our country takes its place on the world stage as the happiest place to be,” said Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South. “A critical step towards achieving this goal is the success of Dubai South, a city designed primarily on the happiness and well-being of its people.”
The portfolio of residential units that will be up for sale include, studios, one- two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two and three-bedroom tiered town homes in a gated community, with round-theclock facility management services. With houses priced competitively, the developer said it expects the units to sell quickly.
