Glis bags Al Habtoor project
Gulf Landscape and Irrigation Systems (Glis) has been awarded the hotel and garden landscaping contract for the St Regis Hotel at Al Habtoor City in Dubai. The project is divided into two phases and will take around 16-20 months to be completed. The first phase of the project will focus on the design and landscaping works on the St Regis Hotel garden, while the second phase will be landscaping works on the external areas and the podium area of Al Habtoor City.

RSG project at Bay Square
RSG International has unveiled Building No. 4 as its new project at Bay Square in Dubai’s Business Bay district. The commercial boutique building is divided into 60 per cent commercial space and 40 per cent retail space. The developer claims the project is the smallest commercial freehold building in the emirate. Building No. 4 is also the only commercial building in the portfolio of Dubai Properties Group that is allowed to sell retail space. The building spreads across five levels and is connected to a five-star hotel by a footbridge.

New thrills and rides in Sharjah
Adventureland has recently unveiled its newly expanded indoor family entertainment facility at Sahara Centre in Sharjah. The 70,000-sq-ft jungle-themed leisure destination, which opened in time for the Eid festivities, features brand-new rides and games, including the region’s first Motocoaster (motorbikes on a roller coaster) and two-level indoor go karts.
