Nshama, a Dubai-based developer, has announced Town Square in Al Barsha, which aims to be the largest town square development in Dubai. The developer claims that the project will redefine the concept of integrated neighbourhoods in the city, with all amenities within walking distance.
“It showcases the best of everything that Dubai has to offer in one inspiring community development,” it said in a statement. Spread across about 32.67 million sq ft, Town Square will feature three- and four-bedroom town houses and mid-rises with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It will also have a central park and other open green spaces.
“Town Square is a smart community that meets the aspirations of the young and value-conscious customer, enabling them to shift from a rent-based lifestyle to homes that provide them a sense of belonging,” said Fred Durie, CEO of Nshama.
Town Square will feature more than 3,000 town houses and 18,000 apartments in addition to substantial retail, hospitality and commercial space. The master plan also includes a central hub with shopping and dining districts, plazas, green belts, mosques, educational institutions, health-care centres, and entertainment and outdoor sports facilities.
