Tecom Group has rebranded two of its developments, which it said is part of a commitment to deliver “sustainable, holistic communities”. The company has also established Tecom Community Management (TCM), an independent entity that will manage Tecom’s communities and work with investors.
The rebranded communities, identified as sites B and C, are among 11 communities developed and managed by the group in Dubai. Site C, also known as Tecom, has been renamed Barsha Heights, while site B, located to the north of Dubai Internet City, will be known as Su-fouh Gardens.
Barsha Heights and Su-fouh Gardens feature residential and commercial developments as well as serviced apartments and hotels.
The company said TCM will ensure optimum service delivery and foster good relations between stakeholders. It will also lead infrastructure and landscaping works in the developments.
“The new brands will better resonate with all our stakeholders, and with the value added services of TCM, investors will be more confident in the value of their assets,” said Fareed Abdulrahman, Chief Commercial Officer at Tecom Group. “I am certain that Barsha Heights and Sufouh Gardens will quickly become interwoven into the fabric of Dubai as household names and will stand out as highly attractive and vibrant communities.”
