His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has launched new major projects during a recent visit to a newly developed hotel apartment by the Dubai Creek, reports news agency WAM. Asset Management Group comprising a five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel and luxury apartment tower.
Accompanied by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and Shaikh, Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the ruler toured the luxury hotel, its suites and other amenities. He also launched Zabeel Park 1, Al Wasl Tower and Dubai Gate, which are being developed by Wasl as well.
Zabeel Park 1 will be a mixed-use complex comprising hotels, and residential and office buildings. It will also include the first year- round snow fountain and water fountain fitted with the latest lighting technologies. The project’s main tower will take the shape of the number 1.
Al Wasl Tower on Shaikh Zayed Road will feature the world’s tallest ceramic façade as well as vertical gardens and the region’s first light museum.
Dubai Gate has been described as a “city of innovation and creativity” with elements of sustainable living and smart cities. It will be located near a Metro station in Jebel Ali.
The projects are expected to boost the nation’s economy and help stimulate the tourism sector in the UAE, according to WAM.
