Located along the Al Bateen seashore in Abu Dhabi, the aesthetic Marina Bloom development is conceptualised by the designers of a leading and award-winning construction group.
Surrounded by spectacular views, Marina Bloom will flourish as a mixed-use waterfront development featuring a 200-room five-star hotel, a 3,000-square-metre retail and entertainment space that will include restaurants and cafes, more than 50 serviced apartments and over 200 residential apartments ranging from one to four-bedroom units.
Upon completion, it will span more than 40,000 square metres, including parking spaces big enough to cater to more than 800 vehicles for visitors and residents.
As the name implies, it takes pride in offering breathtaking views of the marina, the Arabian Gulf and the capital’s skyline.
As Marina Bloom’s whole structural design takes shape, its Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer boasts to showcase another diversified project portfolio across the MENA region and emerging commercial real estate market.
In a commitment to provide an eco-friendly district for business investors and residents, the different elements within Marina Bloom have been designed to comply with best-in-class sustainable standards in line with the Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.
Expected to be completed by the second half of 2016, the project earned an Estidama 2 Pearl rating.
Al Bateen used to be a quiet locality, but recently, many residential and mixed-use developments have come up in the area, giving it a certain vibrancy.
