Emaar Properties has unveiled a new collection of residential apartments — Acacia at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate, a master planned community jointly developed by Emaar and Meraas Holding marking the beginning of construction of the first phase of Mohammad Bin Rashid City (MBR City). Acacia at Park Heights offers panoramic views and access to a championship golf course and tennis academy. It will have 479 residences with one-, two- and three bedroom configurations.
Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, said, ''Dubai Hills Estate, an elegantly designed smart city hub in MBR City, is one of the popular destinations today for residential end users and investors.
''It will be a valuable investment, with residents set to become part of a thriving neighbourhood. Access to outdoor activities as well as the central location of the project will be a great incentive for homeowners.''
According to Emaar, residents will have access to an Etihad Rail station and the upcoming Dubai Metro Purple and Pink lines, which will border the development.
Designed for families, Acacia at Park Heights is set amid a green landscape and opens to uninterrupted views of a central park. Residents will also have access to an outdoor pool for adults and children, and jogging and bicycle tracks. Emaar launched the sale of the project last week in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Karachi and London.
