Dubai Properties (DP) announced that it has already completed more than 9 per cent of the construction work on its Dubai Wharf development in Culture Village.
Work on the project started in November. The enabling and substructure construction have now been completed. The layout work for the basement level concrete is on, after which the ground-level construction activities will commence.
“Dubai Wharf is a unique development alongside the Dubai Creek that upon completion will offer residents and visitors a distinctive mix of retail and entertainment as well as a canal promenade for a relaxed living experience,” said Mohammad Al Habbai, DP’s spokesperson. “Looking at the progress, we are confident that we will be able to fulfil our commitment to delivering this project on time, while meeting the highest quality standards.”
The development is contemporary in style, and the use of beige coloured textured stone and paint make the assorted façades look elegant. It is located close to Manazel Al Khor, a luxury residential project within Culture Village overlooking the Dubai Creek.
More than 90 per cent of the infrastructure work at Culture Village has been completed with the remaining expected to be completed by the first quarter, along with the 132kV substation that will be energised by the second quarter. Landscaping and marina design and access road works are also progressing as per schedule.
