The inaugural edition of the Property Show last week at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) gathered select high-end developments under a single platform to exclusively cater niche audiences of luxury real estate. With around Dh30 billion worth of projects, the show served as a gateway for elite property buyers to view and learn about various premium real estate offerings.
“The quality of the show’s exhibitors and visitors is a testament to the strong demand for luxury property in Dubai,” said Ranna Mokhtarzadeh, Head of Sales at WorldSouq Exhibitions, organiser of the event. “The total value of projects showcased reached Dh30 billion.”
Developers that took part at the show included Select Group, Deyaar, Indigo Properties and Diamond Developers, Damac Group, Dubai Sports City, Omniyat Group, Select Property and SPF Realty. The exhibition’s venue at DIFC was a perfect platform to meet, network and present projects to a specific group of buyers and investors targeted by the properties, according to exhibitors.
“This exclusive exhibition was conceptualised with the aim of showcasing the finest collection of luxury properties right on the doorstep of a high-income audience, allowing those who work in DIFC and the surrounding district to browse at their leisure and in their own environment,” said Mokhtarzadeh. “This is a first-of-its-kind luxury property exhibition in Dubai that targeted higher-bracket audiences alone. Going forward, we plan to run this event annually in the city.”
Indigo Properties displayed its recently launched tropical living community Zen by Indigo, which features 346 villas, two clubhouses and a retail centre.
Dev Maitra, CEO of Indigo Properties, said, “By participating at the Property Show, Indigo Properties can interact with diligent work-driven individuals easily and cater to their needs directly, providing them with solutions for current problems.”
Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President of Damac Properties, said, “The Property Show not only presents an ideal opportunity to obtain a clearer idea about the market’s needs and expectations, but also showcase our latest developments, including the sought-after Akoya Oxygen master development.”
Spread over 55 million sq ft, Akoya Oxygen will be Dubai’s greenest community, according to Damac.
