Emaar Properties has launched a new midrise residential project in Dubai Hills Estate. The project offers 147 residences, comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the Acacia community of the 11-million-sq-m master development. The homes offer panoramic views of the central park or the boulevard.

The newly launched homes offer access to a central park, championship golf course, mall, two lifestyle hotels, a boulevard withmodern cafés and restaurants, and over 45km of trekking trails.
Dubai Hills Estate, which is set to welcome its first residents later this year, is a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding. It is located at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and is accessible from Shaikh Zayed Road.
Marking the first phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid City, Dubai Hills Estate is highlighted by a harmonious blend of modern lifestyle luxuries with an abundance of choices for active outdoor pursuits. One of the largest master-planned communities in the city, Dubai Hills Estate will have a total green area of over 2.2 million sq m that includes the golf course, and a central park spreading over an area of about 180,000 sq m.
The golf course occupies 1.29 million sq m, and overlooks Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline. Surrounding the golf course will be over 4,400 villas and town houses and some 22,000 apartments.
The mega-development will also have a centrally located mall and community retail areas, including a boutique mall for highend brands, two world-class hotels, schools, tennis and sports centres, and a bustling boulevard of about 7km with innovative leisure, retail and F&B choices.
