Dubai Properties (DP) has announced another town house development targeting the affordable segment. The Portuguese-inspired community, Casa Dora at Serena in Dubailand, will be released soon for sale at the DP sales and customer services centre in Ras Al Khor.
DP said it has opened an online presale registration for buyers and investors interested in attending the sales launch. The developer, however, did not release details of the unit prices.
“Strong demand for affordable housing keeps Dubai’s property market buoyant,” said Marwan Al Kindi, Executive Director of Sales and Sales Operations at DP. “We are confident that the launch of additional units in our Serena community will continue to positively contribute towards a healthy real estate market in the UAE.
“We anticipate that the release of the new Casa Dora at Serena community will once again attract huge customer interest and high investor demand following the success of our initial release of Serena earlier this year.”
Casa Dora at Serena is one of the latest additions to DP’s portfolio in Dubailand. The community project will be showcased at Cityscape Global, which will be held next week at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Targeting the affordable housing segment, the sprawling 8.2-million-sq-ft Serena master development offers two- and three-bedroom town houses, all with the option of a maid’s room. It will be served by three community centres and a plaza at the heart of the community.
Other amenities in the family-oriented development include recreational facilities, swimming pools, gym, play areas and a healthcare facility.
