Deyaar Development, a customer-focused and trusted developer with in-depth market intelligence and property management expertise, has concluded the succesful sale of residential units in Tower 1 of Montrose, located in DuBiotech, Al Barsha.
The majority of units sold at an average of Dh1.16 per sq feet, and are set to be delivered by December 2016. Deyaar is expected to open sales of units in the second residential tower by the end of the month.

The development comprises three towers — a hotel apartment tower and two residential towers. Each has three basement levels and is 19 storeys high.
The residential towers feature 136 one- and twobedroom units, as well as five three-bedroom and two four-bedroom apartments each. The third tower will feature 88 studios, as well as 68 one-bedroom and 24 twobedroom units.
Montrose will be located next to Miracle Garden, and a seven-minute-drive from Mall of the Emirates. Its amenities include a landscaped garden, outdoor sitting area, kids play area and an amazing state-of-theart gymnasium.
Each tower will house a rooftop infinity pool and be provided with round-theclock security, an access control system and central air conditioning, among other luxury facilities. The hotel apartment tower will be equipped with a health club and restaurant.
