Damac takes paperwork off buyers' shoulders

Damac has been launched a new service that aims to make it easier for property buyers in Dubai to complete a transaction. Called My Damac Home, the service will mainly cover all paperwork related to the purchase of a new property, including registration of all utilities such as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Empower, du, Etisalat and gas.

''We believe that we should provide our customers with the best service possible from the first interaction, starting from the sales journey to the delivery of the property,'' said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President of Damac. ''This includes all aspects of premium-client servicing from our sales and customer relations teams.

''My Damac Home is the extra-mile, free-of-charge complimentary service that we are providing for our customers to secure a hassle free move into their units, saving them valuable time and effort.''

The developer said customers who are yet to take position of their units can contact representatives for assistance.

The service covers Damac's properties across Dubai, including private villas, town houses and apartments at Akoya by Damac and Akoya Oxygen. The developer said it has already delivered 14,375 homes and has a development portfolio of over 37,000 units at various stages of progress and planning. It also has more than 13,000 hotel rooms and serviced hotel apartments under development.
