Damac Maison The Vogue and Naia Breeze have been opened as new serviced hotel apartments in the Burj area. Developer Damac Properties said the two hotel projects, which have a joint capacity of more than 500 suites, are now welcoming residents and customers from all over the world.

Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President of Damac, said, “The opening of Damac Maison The Vogue and Naia Breeze reflects the company’s strategy in the hospitality sector, to become a leading player in this field. After the success of Damac Maison, the first hospitality brand we launched, we introduced Naia as a second brand that represents a different positioning with the same standards of luxury and quality services guaranteed by Damac.”

Damac, which has opened five projects in the past 14 months, currently has 1,450 keys under management of Damac Hotels and Resorts. As of December, Damac has delivered almost 13,000 homes and has a development portfolio of more than 38,000 units at various stages of progress and planning. The firm also has more than 10,000 hotel rooms and serviced hotel apartments under development.

Meanwhile, Damac has revealed that designs for Tiger Woods’ first course in the region are now complete and that preliminary work is already under way on the 18-hole Trump World Golf Club, which will be a key attraction of Damac’s Akoya Oxygen development. The developer said a tender for the main construction will be issued shortly.
