Nshama has launched Hayat Townhouses, the second phase of residences of its Town Square development near Al Barsha. Nestled in lush pockets of greenery and each offering a garden and balcony, the three- and four-bedroom Hayat Townhouses are centrally located, with 730 in the sub-development.
The launch of the new project follows from the strong response to Zahra Townhouses, the first residential community in Town Square, says Nshama. Prices for the new residences start from Dh999,988 for three-bedroom homes. Nshama opened up sales last Saturday.

The Hayat Townhouses feature master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. The units also have built-in wardrobes and intricately trimmed tile floors, as well as high-speed fibre optic data cables. The homes are laid out to maximise sunlight.
“All facilities and amenities are designed to be within walking distance, placing foremost priority on the convenience of families,” said Durie. “Hayat Townhouses offer a great opportunity for young professionals to make a solid investment in Dubai.”
Other amenities include a community club, pool area and children’s playground. The entire development is encircled by green trails and running and cycling tracks. Town Square will also offer day-care facilities, climbing walls and play zones. Located close to the Arabian Ranches Golf Course, Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club and Al Maktoum International Airport, it will feature more than 3,000 town houses and 18,000 apartments, as well as retail, hospitality and commercial options.
Residents of the community will have access to more than 600 stores and food and beverage outlets. The 32-mil-lion-sq-ft development will be anchored by a central square the size of 16 footfall fields. It will also feature the Vida Town Square Dubai hotel and a Reel Cinemas cine-plex and open-air cinema.
