Abwab has revealed that it has sold 95 per cent of its latest development, Seventh Heaven at Al Barari, in just 48 hours. The new collection of opulent homes, featuring one- to four-bedroom sky villas, penthouses, duplex units and garden homes, was available for purchase for just two days on February 2. Only 10 of the 157 homes are available after the sales event.
Homes with gardens and private pools were among the first to sell, with buyers particularly keen to connect with the surrounding landscape.
Other features that proved popular include the Burj Khalifa skyline view, neighbouring green surroundings, the large floor space of up to 6,600 sq ft and the optimal use of natural light through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which can be opened to extend the living space to the terrace.
“The success of Seventh Heaven at Al Barari has been phenomenal and what this demonstrates is that buyers in Dubai are maturing and seeking more than just an upmarket home,” said Mohammed Zaal, CEO of Al Barari. “The luxury sector is becoming more discerning and taking into consideration factors such as integrity of the product, customisation and enhanced quality of life.”
Abwab has also partnered with Emirates Road Contracting to build a new underpass that will cut travelling time for residents and visitors. Additional plans for the second phase of Al Barari include a six-star resort, a retail village with a floating market, dining venues and a creative hub for fashion couturiers, art studios and design labs.
