Bloom Properties announced that it has started construction on the Abu Dhabi Marina, its premium waterfront development in Al Bateen. It will host luxury residences, executive serviced apartments, a hotel, cafes and restaurants and offer a cleverly interwoven design offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, the marina and the city.
The project features 225 residential apartments, ranging from one- to four-bedroom units, a five-star hotel comprising 200 hotel rooms and 57 executive serviced apartments, 3,000 sq m of waterfront retail space and 849 parking spaces for residents and visitors.
Bloom Properties has contracted AI Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) for the enabling work of the project, which spans 41,797 sq m with a built-up area of 149,719 sq m. "With real estate prospects soaring in the emirate, we are proud to have played an important role in the development of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi. The rapidly developing sector will play an increasingly important role in the economic development of the country," Bloom Properties said in a statement.
