Known for its natural beauty, the Garden City of Al Ain will soon get a major real estate and tourism boost. In keeping with the demand for beautiful homes, several residential projects have been planned in the emirate.
One of these is the Ain Al Fayda Lakes located in the Ain Al Fayda district. It will overlook a natural spring-fed waterway stretching through the whole development.
When fully completed, the community will be expected to become a scenic treat for residents and the perfect reflection of community living built in keeping with local traditions.
Not only will the almost 200 homes be well equipped with a network of roads, car parks and designated green areas, residents will also be offered spacious living quarters with unmatched views of the waterfront. The villas will be connected to walkways, giving residents easy access to parks and shopping outlets.
Ain Al Fayda Lakes will comprise two types of villas: Island and Canal.
The Island Villas will have 24 deluxe villas, each with six en suite bedrooms.
The Canal Villas will be divided into two sections, with each section offering more than 80 spacious homes. One section will feature five-bedroom units; the other one will have four-bedroom villas.
The entire project is scheduled to be finished in nine consecutive phases and aims at becoming a top residential area within the emirate.
Ain Al Fayda Lakes enjoys an ideal positioning as a tourist hub. Its proximity to Jebel Hafeet and the Green Mubazzarah, a popular camping area, makes it the perfect place for families. Besides, the Al Ain Zoo is just 10 minutes away and the city centre can be easily reached within 15 to 20 minutes by car.
As a whole, a combination of luxurious living facilities, easy access to community centres and a chance to live in a naturally beautiful place will give residents of Ain Al Fayda Lakes every opportunity to enjoy life at its best.
