Owing to its strategic location, Al Habtoor City is positioned to be a new centre of attraction in Dubai, according to developer Al Habtoor Group. The company said the mixed-use development, which is set to receive its first guests by the end of the year, is located within 15 minutes of amenities and landmarks in the emirate, making it a perfect destination for residents and visitors.

The development will have three five-star Starwood hotels — St Regis, W Hotel and Westin — and three luxury residential towers. It’s located along the Dubai Water Canal, which will connect the Creek to the Arabian Gulf. The Dubai Water Taxi will make regular stops at the Al Habtoor City marina.

“Ideally placed near major landmarks and amenities that Dubai offers, Al Habtoor City is just a few kilometres away from banks, attractions, hospitals and parks, giving residents as well as visitors access to so much,” said Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Chairman of the company.

“There are so many choices for visitors within the development itself, from restaurants to shops and entertainment, all within walking distance. Al Habtoor City is your perfect future home.”

There are also various international schools nearby, including Emirates International School, Jumeirah English Speaking School, Safa School Dubai, Jumeirah Primary School and Al Ittihad Private School. It is also close to DIFC and Dubai World Trade Centre.
