Anantara Residences final instalment: Asteco has released the final tranche of units for sale as part of the luxury Anantara Residences hotel rooms collection at last week's Cityscape Abu Dhabi. The company, which was appointed sales agent by developer Seven Tides, said 30 one-bedroom hotel room units are for sale at the Anantara Residences on the Palm Jumeirah, with sizes ranging from 530-650 sq ft, and a starting price of Dh1.3 million.

Leasing on Al Maryah Island: Mubadala announced commercial leasing as well as investment opportunities in development plots on Al Maryah Island during Cityscape. Leasing opportunities for businesses interested in joining the island community are available within Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, the commercial heart of Al Maryah Island. The island is also set to welcome Abu Dhabi's first international Macy's department store and Bloomingdale's at Al Maryah Central. Mubadala said construction work on the 2.3-million-sq-ft retail complex has commenced and is scheduled to open in 2018.

Aldar's most significant project: Aldar Properties announced the launch of Yas Acres, a golf and waterfront development which will add 1,315 villas to Yas Island. Aldar said the project is one of its most significant new residential developments in Abu Dhabi, with a value of over Dh6 billion.

Eagle Hills presents international projects: Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company, showcased a number of its international developments at Cityscape. The projects presented included Belgrade Waterfront, a $3-billion development in Serbia that will feature 6,000 residential apartments. The company also showcased Marassi Al Bahrain, a distinguished waterfront residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment destination in Bahrain.

Cayan unveils Samaya in Riyadh: Cayan Group launched Samaya Project in the prime area of Erga in northwestern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Spread across 1 million sq m, the project offers integrated services in Wadi Hanifah, one of the most attractive spots in Riyadh. Designed by Consolidated Consultants Group, Samaya received the Best Mixed Used Project Award for 2013 by International Property Awards Arabia.
