Damac Properties launched a new villa concept at its flagship golf course community, Akoya by Damac. The company said XV Villas at Akoya offers an innovative “inverted” floor plan that provides elevated views across the lake and golf course.

The villas feature living spaces on the first floor and which open to an infinity pool that flows to the ground-level pool.

“XV Villas at Akoya are for investors who prefer distinctive homes that are out of the ordinary and command designs that combine creativity with practicality,” said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director of Damac Properties. “The layout revolutionises the functionality of the first floor of the villa and rather than being reserved for sleeping spaces, we wanted to think out of the box and fully leverage the magnificent views of the golf course in areas of the home that most time is spent in.”

The company said around 1,350 units in Akoya by Damac will be delivered to investors next month. Around 450 three- to six-bedroom luxury villas and town houses, spanning four clusters — Silver Springs, Queen Meadows, Brookfield and Whitefield — are completed.

Damac also announced four project launches, including The Residences at Aykon City and Aykon Hotel and Hotel Apartments at Aykon City, four-bedroom millennials Akoya Cuatro Villas, and Akoya Imagine 2.0 three-bedroom villas.
