Dubai is an incredible city which comprises both affordable and luxury villas and apartments available for buying and renting. Since last year, there have been new launches and completion of new projects in various areas. One such area is the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
The community, which covers about 570 hectares, will house approximately 250,000 people and feature some really remarkable projects, some complete and some under various stages of construction. Furthermore, the developers are offering flexible payment plans on off-plan projects and competitive prices per square foot, and banks are offering mortgages at lower interest rates.
Hence, JVC is an attractive destination for both local and global investors.
