Affordable residences are getting rife in the UAE market and the opportunity for owning a home in the city gets higher. A new affordable mixed-use development is currently under construction in Dubai.
Town Square, located near Arabian Ranches, is planned to be awash with everything that paints life to a city, and there are exciting reasons for residents to live there.
The community offers a huge number of apartments and townhouses. It is ideal for yuppies, couples and young families who relish an exhilarating lifestyle in a relaxed atmosphere.
Among the residential options in the community are Safi Apartments, Zahra Townhouses and Apartments, and Hayat Townhouses. Each home is designed with unique architecture and is connected to green walkways. Investors can choose from a wide range of flexible payment and financing options from banks.
The community's central square eats up a landscape of 16 football pitches. It will have a central fountain feature and will be surrounded by homes, green spaces, playgrounds, water parks, sports courts, mosques, medical centres, fitness facilities, entertainment areas, shops and schools. The mega development's amenities, which also include cycling and running tracks, are practically within walking distance from each other.
Town Square will host the Vida Town Square hotel and Reel Cinema Cineplex claimed to be equipped with ergonomic seating. Generally, it also has ample parking spaces for residents and customers alike.
There will also be a retail zone that will feature over 600 stores consisting of boutiques, shopping outlets, restaurants and cafes.
Tucked in the intersection of Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Qudra Road, commuting to the city will be easy as it only takes minutes to travel to the Al Maktoum International Airport, Downtown Dubai, and the business and leisure districts of the city.
