Tree-lined roads, scenic lakes that lend a unique charm to the locality and an amazing sense of calmness – these are some of the striking features that enticed the Malhotra family into choosing The Springs as their home.
The family, consisting of Anuraag, General Counsel-Landmark Group, homemaker wife Deepti and daughter Lavanya (who studies in the UK), has been cherishing their stay at Springs 12 for the last eight years. Before moving to the community, the family stayed in Bur Dubai for two years.
Located on Shaikh Zayed Road, within easy access to business hubs Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Knowledge Village, malls like Ibn Battuta Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and the popular Dubai Marina, The Springs is an exclusive villa community ideal for families.
Rows of sand-colored townhouses, punctuated with lakes and beautiful foliage, form the integral part of this pleasant community which features prominently high in any realty investor’s list.
The Springs is part of the prestigious Emirates Living neighborhood, with Emirates Hills, The Lakes and The Meadows as the other components. It is characterized by a cluster of gated precincts, each with separate entry points and featuring two and three-bedroom townhouses in varying sizes and floor plans. Each townhouse unit has its own garden.
To say that The Springs offers a lifestyle in close proximity to nature would be an understatement. To
be more precise, it is an amalgam of style, luxury and convenience in the lap of nature.
Deepti fully supports this statement, saying, “We enjoy walking around the beautiful landscaped lake in the mornings and evenings. Our house comes with a small garden, where we love to spend time to breathe fresh air especially during the cooler climes.”
She adds, “Here, one can actually hear the birds sing in the morning. Abundant flowering trees like Gulmohar give the feel of paradise. During the flowering season, it is an absolute delight to see the trees in full bloom; it is easy to forget that you live in the desert. In the evenings, you see babies and pets being taken out for their daily stroll. It is a very cheerful atmosphere with kids playing in a safe environment.”
Complementing the natural beauty of the place are the facilities that make The Springs an enjoyable place to reside.
Deepti says, “There’s a swimming pool with a lifeguard and a park at two minutes walking distance from our house. There is also a play area for toddlers, retail centers, cafes, barbeque facilities, bas-ketball courts, restaurants, and health care and fitness facilities. In addition, reputed schools like Emir-ates International School, Dubai International Academy and Dubai British School are close by.”
In Deepti’s words, “The Springs is a neat and clean locality with sleek maintenance and beautiful landscaping. The bougainvillea around the lakes is trimmed regularly and the flower beds maintained incredibly well.”
When questioned about the negatives of the locality, Deepti says, “There is hardly anything to com-plain about this locality except that it would have been much more convenient if a supermarket is located at a walking distance so that we can walk rather than drive for groceries.”
• Calm and quiet
• Secure living
• Pool, gym, fitness center, skate park, play areas
• Schools and nurseries
• Lush landscaping
• More supermarkets at a walking distance required
