Owing to its proximity to the Expo 2020 site and its inherent growth potential, there is no doubt in anyone’s mind that Dubailand is a primary area of development that has led to the outcropping of several beautifully unique communities like Al Barari, Layan Community, Remraam, Dubai Sports City, Mudon, Dubai MotorCity, Al Waha Villas, Queue Point at Liwan and The Villa, with more developments coming up in the next few years like Dubai Lifestyle City, The Palmarosa and Wadi Walk (City of Arabia).
With villa communities flourishing even during the last economic recession, the demand for villas continued, and people needed more options other than the highly successful Arabian Ranches and villa developments in Emirates Living.
In Dubailand, among the villa communities, where Al Barari has focused on a more ecological theme, and both Layan and Al Waha focused on Mediterranean themes, The Villa has a distinctively Spanish flavor in its entirety.
Distinctly Hispanic even in the way the community has been organized, The Villa is divided into four sections namely Ponderosa, The Aldea, Hacienda and The Centro. Villa types like the four-bedroom Cordoba, five-bedroom Valencia, Marbella and Granada, and six-bedroom Mallorca were launched early on.
Other developers have also been involved in the development of The Villa. Mazaya villa types are all five-bedroom units namely, the Type As (Aralia, Agava and Achata), Type Bs (Basella and Butonia) and Type Cs (Canna, Clave and Cista).
Another developer, meanwhile, launched its exclusive Andalusia Collection in the form of the Perla (five-bedroom), Zafiro (six-bedroom) and Diamante (six-bedroom) types, their main selling point being, aside from the luxury finishes, the plot sizes and built-up areas which are actually the largest in the entire community.
The highly successful The Villa project continues to thrive and has nicely matured into a homey, bustling and vibrant community with touches of greenery growing all over the place, and residents finally enjoying the fruits of their investment.
