The locality of Mirdif in Dubai once suffered from its outskirt location. It was snubbed by a large chunk of the populace – those who hugely relied on public transport. But the Metro changed everything, awakening a wave of activities in the area. The then-sleepy district has now been transformed into one of the city’s preferred residential destinations, one of several direct beneficiaries of the “flight to affordability” trend. The “migration” created a domino effect, making developers see it with different eyes by launching projects there.
The latest development in the area is Mirdif Tulip, a freehold property project, the area’s first. It offers foreign property buyers diverse housing options – from studio to three-bedroom apartments – spread in three buildings. The project also offers commercial space to be leased out to different businesses. A swimming pool, underground parking area, round-the-clock security, and other amenities and facilities will be available for the residents’ convenience once the property is finished.
Mirdif Tulip is located near Dubai’s largest and oldest park, Mushrif Park, replete with lush greens and activities for the whole family. It has the huge advantage of being sandwiched by Tripoli Road and Al Khawaneej Road, making travel to other parts of the city like Downtown Dubai, Deira, Dubailand and Dubai Healthcare City easier and faster. The airport and the Rashidiya Metro Station are also just 10 minutes away.
The nearby Mirdif City Centre, Arabian Centre, Etihad Mall and Dubai Festival City will serve Mirdif Tulip’s future residents’ retail therapy, dining and recreation requirements. Uptown Mirdiff, likewise, has a range of shopping and dining outlets to choose from.
The Mirdif area is dotted with educational institutions like Emirates British Nursery, Royal Dubai School, Dubai English Speaking School and Uptown School; mosques; healthcare facilities such as Prime Medical Center and Dubai London Clinic; and other pockets of greens such as Garhoud Park, Rashidiya Park and Mirdif Park.
Mirdif Tulip is thus the ideal destination for individuals looking for a place that offers peace and quiet, and great connectivity to all parts of the city.
• Aside from residences, Mirdif Tulip will also feature offices and retail shops
• Amenities include a swimming pool, underground parking and 24-hour security
• It is close to the Dubai International Airport and the Rashidiya Metro Station
