Fancy living near the water? With Dubai’s already saturated waterfront developments such as Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, where else should potential real estate buyers look into to find their dream waterfront home? At Manazel AlKhor by the Dubai Creek!
One of the projects within the emirate’s first creek-side community Dubai Culture Village, Manazel AlKhor will offer spacious three- and four-bedroom apartments that only number less than 100, assuring investors that they will get the choicest home there is.
The project, expected to be completed in the middle of next year, is designed with Arabic architecture to mirror the overall theme of the entire village. Modern comforts like a pool, a gym and a basement car parking area will be provided.
Aside from waking up to excellent water views, residents will also be able to avail themselves of the excellent facilities and amenities within the self-sustained community. Retail shops including a souk, leisure and entertainment spots, food and beverage outlets, cultural venues (museums and galleries), commercial space, a marina with a direct link to the creek, a promenade where people can stroll and hang out, and a multi-purpose complex are all thrown into the plan. These structures will be interspersed with pockets of green.
Manazel AlKhor has the advantage of being centrally located. With easy access to road, air and water links, driving or commuting to the central business district, the Dubai International Airport, major shopping destinations and old Dubai will definitely be a breeze for residents.
Aside from Manazel AlKhor, other residential developments at Dubai Culture Village are the 80-storey D1 Tower, which will consist of studio to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, and Palazzo Versace, which will comprise more than 200 hotel rooms and suites, and a number of condominium units that range from one to six-bedrooms.
With Manazel AlKhor and the entire Dubai Culture Village development soon to add to Dubai’s property stock, property investors will have more choices away from the usual mixed-used hotspots.
