Two distinct and prestigious communities in Jebel Ali have been master planned to cater to residents’ needs while also providing an exclusive atmosphere. Badrah and Veneto, originally part of the Dubai Waterfront project which has since been stalled, are both mixed-use properties.
Badrah is a modern yet affordable and sustainable community that offers townhouses and apartments in four zones: Diaa, Talla, Manara and Bahaa. Spread across eight low-rise buildings, all the houses meet the minimum LEED (Leadership in Environmental Design Green Building Rating System) rating standards. This means that every home will have lower upkeep and running costs as water and energy use is practically decreased.
There is a fitness centre in each block, and swimming pools, district cooling and high-speed data connectivity in the entire community.
On the other hand, Veneto offers villas, townhouses and low-rise apartments. The homes have spacious rooms and living areas. Some have a courtyard and a rooftop terrace.
The beauty of the community is enhanced with piazzas adding convenience to daily living as these are replete with shops, restaurants and cafés for relaxation and social gatherings. Green spaces and parks, designed for early morning or afternoon walks, are in place.
In fact, to serve the residents of Badrah and Veneto communities, the developer has constructed the Badrah Pavilion which will provide homeowners convenient shopping and dining facilities.
The main buy-in of both developments is their location just off Shaikh Zayed Road, which provides residents easy access to all parts of the city. The communities are in proximity to pivotal industry areas like Dubai Internet City, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZ) and Dubai Media City, and other leisure, recreational and business districts.
Badrah and Veneto are two residential destinations that give real meaning to the term “exclusivity.”
* All the residences in Badrah meet the LEED rating for energy efficiency
* Veneto consists of a range of villas, townhouses and low-rise apartments
* The Badrah Pavilion is a shopping facility for residents of Badrah and Veneto
