Mudon is a vibrant upscale residential community situated on Al Qudra Road in the heart of Dubailand. It is conveniently accessible through Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road.
Just recently, the community launched its latest offering, the Arabella Townhouses. It features three and four-bedroom homes with glass facades and massive interiors. They are available as mid, end and semi-detached units. Prices start at Dh1.5 million.
The development's Phase 1, Al Salaam, and Phase 2, Al Naseem, both offer four-bedroom townhouses in varying sizes. There is also Rahat, which provides investors with a choice of three, four and five-bedroom villas.
The serene gated community of Mudon is encircled by lush landscaped parks with convenient access to several modern amenities, making it one of Dubai's most popular residential communities.
The entire development has the Mudon Central Park which includes cycling and jogging tracks, exercise stations, sports courts and children's play areas, among others. Retail and dining outlets, garden pavilions and areas for events and markets are also available.
Also found within Mudon is the Mudon Community Centre which will house restaurants, a supermarket, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, children's play areas and a mosque. There will also be a clinic, a community hall and a nursery.
Families residing in Mudon will have a chance to attain high quality education for their children as the developer has partnered with GEMS Education to open a school in the area by September 2016. It is also close to the Dubai International Academic City, another educational option.
Mudon is just a few minutes' drive from other established communities such as Dubai Sports City, MotorCity and Dubai Silicon Oasis. It has easy access to Dubai Outlet Mall, Downtown Dubai, and the city's leisure and business districts.
