The real estate scenario in Abu Dhabi has transformed the emirate’s landscape and has put it right up there on the global platform. Everyone, investors and tourists alike, is eyeing Abu Dhabi right now because it is considered the place to be. Just as neighbouring Dubai is bubbling with newer developments, Abu Dhabi is not far behind. In fact, in many aspects, it is marching ahead.
One of the mixed-use developments found in the emirate is Danet Abu Dhabi. It was conceptualised on a grandiose 185,000-square-metre space. Popularly called a “Skyscraper City,” it is a self-encompassing world in its own beautiful way. It consists of several residential and commercial towers developed by some of the reliable real estate names in the country.
The development is inspired by one of the most important gems in the world, the “pearl.” As such, it is fragmented into five sectors named after precious stones. These are Jumana, Dorra, Loulou, Giwan and Gemash districts. Each is a separate unit on its own, which all come together with their individual colours and styles to make up the community. It has tree-lined boulevards, parks and a beautiful landscaping.
Homes in the towers within Danet Abu Dhabi are resonant of the luxury that this locale offers. They are characterised by bright and spacious living rooms, comfortable bedrooms and kitchens equipped with sufficient cupboards and storage spaces.
Residents can avail themselves of the various facilities offered such as a gym, swimming pool, running/jogging track, sports centre, family areas and children’s play areas, among others.
Also located within the development are a hotel, a daycare centre and retail venues.
Danet Abu Dhabi is located in the uptown part of the city, within convenient distance from schools, banks, malls and the business district. It is also well connected to public transportation.
