Covering an area of 64 million square feet, Business Bay will eventually be a city within a city. Centrally located in the map of Dubai, it is connected to the banks of the Dubai Canal, Al Habtoor City and Downtown Dubai. It features numerous skyscrapers comprising residential and commercial developments. It also features the world’s tallest hotel, the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.
Located at the entrance of Business Bay is a large residential complex named Executive Towers. This community offers upscale residential space and lifestyle.
The Bay Avenue Park, comprising over 100,000 square feet, is filled with a variety of fun and entertaining activities for children including a nursery, two children’s playgrounds, a jogging track, gym areas and a skate park.
All the hottest restaurants and chic cafés in the five-star hotels in the area will eventually make Business Bay the residential and entertainment epicenter of Dubai. It will be similar in nature to Manhattan or Ginza, the business centers of the cities of New York and Tokyo, respectively.
For those who prefer a more peaceful and calm community, Business Bay is quite distant from the hustle and bustle, yet for those who want to be in the center of activity, we have heard that as the new towers are being occupied, their rooftop restaurants are getting filled and packed with large crowds in the evenings.
Business Bay is home to the most amazing architectures such as The Opus designed by world-famous architect Zaha Hadid, O-14 Tower also called as the “Swiss Cheese” Tower and The Pad which looks like a classic media player. All of these are seen as among the most unique and exclusive-looking developments in the area. Most of the renowned developers have completed projects in Business Bay; some currently have other ongoing/under-construction projects.
Business Bay promises to offer a new lifestyle experience in the heart of Dubai and further add glamour to the city.
