Set in a massive area is one of the most exciting residential projects in the city of Abu Dhabi, alghadeer. It is a fully integrated and self-sustainable residential development based on the concept of comfort and luxury.

Alghadeer is centrally located between the two large metropolises of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, on the border of Abu Dhabi known as Seih Sidrah. This makes it an attractive residential choice for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi dwellers.
The project is in proximity to almost all important business areas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is a 10-minute drive from the Dubai World Central where the Al Maktoum International Airport is located and where the Expo 2020 will be held. It is 15 minutes away from the capital's Khalifa Port. It is also in proximity to the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), Jebel Ali Port, Ibn Battuta Mall and Al Raha Mall.
On completion of the project, shuttle buses will be made available in nearby metro stations and other central locations to provide residents and visitors with easy accessibility to the major areas in Dubai.
The developer has already sold several homes in the last months. Rents for studio apartments start at less than Dh50,000 per annum, while four-bedroom villas are at a little over Dh100,000 per annum, making alghadeer cheaper than other options available in the city.
