The Al Badia community residences are part of the Dubai Festival City master development and, along with Marsa Plaza and Al Badia Hillside Village, are capable of housing more than 50,000 residents.

Plans are currently underway to develop Al Badia Villa Complex Phase 1, a development comprising 87 villas within the Al Badia residences, at a cost of USD 90 million. It seems that Al Badia’s popularity is set to get even bigger.
