They previously resided in Deira.
“With our move to The Views, there has been a huge change in our lives as this community is far better than the others in almost every respect,” admits Swati.
“We are happy that our kids have lots of open spaces to play in. There is a beautiful lake which lends an amazing feel to the area. The absence of commercial outlets and offices makes it relatively traffic-free and a safe haven for children,” she adds.
Swati says their area has four swimming pools and a huge multi-function room which can accom-modate hundreds of guests and which can be used by residents for non-commercial purposes free of charge.
With top security, good facilities, children’s play areas and greenery, the family decided to make it their home.
Swati says, “I am tension-free even if I am travelling as I am assured of secure living in The Views. Its proximity to Vinit’s office at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) was another factor which contributed to our decision of living here.”
According to her, the area is beautifully landscaped, clean and scrupulously maintained, with reasonable maintenance costs.
In terms of connectivity, it enjoys a superb access to Shaikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Shaikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road.
It also allows residents to visit popular developments such as Dubai Marina and JLT and business districts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Village in just a few minutes.
The neighbourhood boasts impressive surroundings and a soothing feel and is especially beautiful during the cooler climes.
“Walking around the lake is such a great feeling. We feel blessed for having made the right decision to invest and move here,” says Swati.
The Rasiwasias’ apartment has stupendous views of the golf course, lake, pool and landscaped gardens. They say they could not ask for more, except perhaps the need for additional visitor parking areas which are currently very limited.
