Soaring towers that encompass residential and commercial arenas with waterfront views: it is all getting very real at Dubai Wharf. The mixed-use project is part of Culture Village located along the Dubai Creek.
The project will offer residents and investors alike a chance to experience waterfront living. The stylish development has been planned in phases. At a glance, here are some of the details on this breakthrough project, depicted in numbers: 91 studios, 147 one-bedroom, 276 two-bedroom and 68-three bedroom units which are all located in the second to eighth floors with 2,080 car parking areas, and 150 retail spots. Interestingly, Arabesque is its theme, a design that involves intertwining lines and an important part of Arab cultural art.
When complete, Dubai Wharf will boast four stunningly designed mixed-use towers which have basement parking and state-of-the-art amenities. The residential units are located from the second level with the latest amenities such as a fully furnished gymnasium and swimming pool. Each unit will feature a luxurious finish with porcelain ceramic tiles in soft undertones and earthy colours, wooden doors, stone-topped (marble and granite) work surfaces and vanity counters to give a soothing effect to the interiors.
The towers share a central podium level, which will not only connect all of them but will also host retail outlets, a walking path and a stunning canal promenade. The podium will have a selection of cafes and restaurants serving international cuisines, as well as the best brands from the world. Pedestrian walkways will connect this project to the interesting areas outside. Pedestrian bridges will feature in the development to provide scintillating views and to fully connect all the Culture Village developments.
The first phase of Dubai Wharf, which consists of 124 units, is now complete and has been released for sale with phenomenal response. The project is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2017.
The development is easily accessible by the Dubai Metro with Al Jaddaf as the nearest station and connects to the heart of Dubai via the Business Bay crossing.
