Citywalk is a new development conceptualized by one of the leading names in real estate in the region. In order to capitalize on opportunities in Dubai and beyond, its developer has renewed initiatives in several sectors including tourism, leisure and real estate development. The developer is also on the verge of developing a huge spectacular entertainment park in Dubai on which work has already begun. The project is due to be built in the next few years.

Citywalk is conveniently located at the junction of the Al Safa and Al Wasl Roads. It can also be easily accessed from the Shaikh Zayed Road and is a comfortable 15-minute walk away from the Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall Metro Station.

The area has been conceptualized on a spacious terrain. The development spans a comfortable 13,000 square meters. Also on offer is around 350 meters of retail space as well as a stunning kilometer-long promenade that hosts the best of retail, hospitality and entertainment brands and facilities.

One of the highlights, in fact the best part of the promenade, is The Lake. Its concept and design are absolutely state-of-the-art and very innovative. It contains a bustling public square where people may relax while sharing a meal and enjoying the spectacular water views besides the stunning Burj Khalifa sight. Bordered by some beautiful pavilion-style buildings, The Lake has generous paved areas and pocket courtyards.

Several food and beverage, and retail outlets have been planned to be added into the scene. European retail brands such as Sonia by Sonia Rykiel, Berenice, Essential Antwerp and another luxury store will launch shops in the second phase of the project. These will be strategically positioned to attract a large footfall of clients from all over.

Handy Hints:

* Citywalk can be easily accessed from Shaikh Zayed Road

*The project offers spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa at night

* Popular luxury European brands will open shops in the project
