Firms in the fields of aviation, aerospace, logistics, cargo, freight, defense, airport services, IT and telecommunication can set up shop in the business park. Light industries, pharmaceutical firms, and marketing and events companies which seek to profit from the place's proximity to the airport may also take advantage of this business destination.

Companies setting up at any of Abu Dhabi Airport Business City's districts will get the usual free zone perks of 100 percent tax exemption and complete foreign ownership, among others.
