Abu Dhabi has established itself as a world-class city equipped to take on the world's best. Its economy has been growing in recent years, and as part of its Economic Vision 2030, it has launched several initiatives to diversify its economy. One of these is the Abu Dhabi Airport Business City.
The business park, spread over 12 square kilometers around the capital's international airport, was established to own and manage free zones in the area. It covers five commercial districts: Logistics Park, Airport City, T3 Business Park, Southside Destination Village and Al Falah District.
Designed to propel businesses in the aviation world and those in aviation-related sectors, it provides the perfect professional environment for local as well as international organizations.
Its offerings include warehouse units, commercial office space, furnished or partially fitted offices and plots of land. Moreover, it is equipped with round-the-clock security and a complete range of daily essentials for running a successful enterprise.
Firms in the fields of aviation, aerospace, logistics, cargo, freight, defense, airport services, IT and telecommunication can set up shop in the business park. Light industries, pharmaceutical firms, and marketing and events companies which seek to profit from the place's proximity to the airport may also take advantage of this business destination.
Companies setting up at any of Abu Dhabi Airport Business City's districts will get the usual free zone perks of 100 percent tax exemption and complete foreign ownership, among others. Besides, export and import activities will get a boost due to its proximity to the airport. As the business district aims to provide hassle-free setups, a one-stop service center offering visa, registration and licensing services is also available.
As a whole, Abu Dhabi Airport Business City promises to open up new avenues for businesses from all over the globe to expand their market reach.
