Whether your business requires a warehouse, a storage space or a plot of land, the country is dotted with industrial areas, both old and new, that boast a wide range of state-of-the-art business infrastructure to suit every investor and tenant needs.
The Dubai World Central (DWC), home to the country’s newest airport, the Al Maktoum International Airport, caters to businesses in the logistics, aviation and related sectors. Covering a huge area, DWC, when complete, will consist of commercial and exhibition space, leisure areas and residential accommodation. With a link to the Jebel Ali Port and major roads Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, DWC ensures ease of transfer of goods and services.
Dubai Industrial City offers fully fitted and shell and core offices, warehouses, land, labor housing, retail space and open storage yards to logistics firms and light to medium manufacturing companies. The area enjoys easy access to Emirates Road and Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and the Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, giving companies a major logistical advantage.
One district in the emirate that has stood the test of time is Jebel Ali, which stretches as far as the eye can see, and with a huge chunk of its massive space dedicated to the industrial sector. The Jebel Ali Free Zone has become a popular destination for several multinational companies for many years now. It provides a huge selection of warehouses, labor accommodation units, office space, business centers and other industrial solutions, making it the preferred address for most investors setting up business in Dubai.
Warehousing solutions, office and storage units, and employee accommodation are also scattered in other old industrial areas such as Al Quoz, Umm Ramool, Ras Al Khor and Al Qusais. Other industrial destinations to consider are the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority, Dubai Investments Park and TechnoPark.
