Convenience of staff accommodations

Many companies these days assist their employees by providing them with convenient employee accommodations. This has made it feasible for employees to manage their regular expenses and reduce the hassle of long commutes.

Al Quoz has several employee accommodation options for businesses. These are equipped with modern facilities and even leisure amenities. Prices vary depending on the space offered, with a minimum of two bed space costing about Dh19,200 and a maximum of eight bed space costing approximately Dh67,200.

Other options in the area are camps that have five to 80 rooms. Average rates start from Dh3,000 per room per month and include water, electricity, tax, sewage fee and cooking gas. All rooms on each floor have kitchen and dining facilities. Among other important facilities are bathrooms with several toilets and showers.

In Dubai Investments Park (DIP), the cost for accommodation can range from Dh1,900 per month for an individual room excluding utilities and 15 per cent DIP tax, with a security deposit of 10 per cent for the first year.

Dubai Silicon Oasis has an entire building exclusively for staff accommodation. The building has a total of 96 apartments ranging from one to two-bedroom inclusive of all facilities.

One particular staff and labor accommodation company offers modern housing facilities for businesses in prime locations across Dubai. It housing facilities have round-the-clock security and huge parking areas for buses and cars.

Other employee accommodation locations across the country include, among others, Mussafah, Khalifa City and Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, and International City, Sonapur and Jebel Ali in Dubai.
